We pack every Youmie order with care and aim to send it on its way as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please allow extra time during sale periods, holidays and busy seasons.
Returns
We want every Youmie find to feel just right. If something is not quite right, please contact us at support@youmie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return — please check the product details before purchasing.
